2.Air volume accounting: the total air volume of the dust removal system of two 3T medium frequency electric furnace equipment is designed as 20000m3 / h; the smelting air volume of the medium frequency electric furnace equipment is in the process of tapping and spheroidizing, the air volume during charging is only 60%, the air volume during smelting is only 40%, and the heat preservation is only 30%. 3. According to the situation of energy-saving medium frequency electric furnace, a set of dust collection and dedusting system is designed for the medium frequency electric furnace of the Ministry of melting works, which adopts the two-stage dust collection and dedusting method. Because a small amount of sparks may be mixed into the dust collector when feeding, tapping and nodularization of molten iron in front of the furnace, so there is a spark collector. The first stage dust collector is a spark collection cyclone dust collector, and the second stage dust collector is an off-line dust removal gas box pulse Wash bag filter.

4. The electric furnace cover is used for dust collection of smelting flue gas of energy-saving medium frequency electric furnace, and the side suction hood is used for dust collection of molten iron in front of the furnace (optional); the system is interlocked with the working state of the electric furnace, and the suction air volume is adjusted accordingly according to different working states, so as to adjust the fan output by frequency conversion. The control of the whole dedusting system is controlled by PLC, which is executed by the electric air valve and frequency converter, so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation.

5. Air duct layout: the branch pipes are collected into the main air duct. According to the drawings and the site conditions, the main air duct is planned to be laid from the trench. After leaving the workshop, it is connected to the outdoor part of the dust remover; the pipeline and the dust remover foundation in the trench shall be constructed by the user himself.

6. Selection of valve in working state: each smoke collecting hood is connected with air pipe by electric valve, so that the computer can adjust the valve opening according to the air volume required in working state to adjust the air volume, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.

7. Specification and direction of main air duct: main air duct for dedusting of energy-saving medium frequency electric furnace: according to the air volume of each section, the main air duct is divided into three sections. The diameter of the nearest main air pipe: 600mm; the diameter of the middle section: 700mm; the diameter of the far section (including the deduster section): 600mm; the pipe is connected with the main body of the outdoor deduster from the trench to the left side of the workshop;

8. Arrangement of dust remover: the first stage dust remover has the function of spark collection. The principle is: using the spark inertia to collide the rotating wheel or grid and the inner wall guide strip to be prevented from extinguishing and falling into the ash hopper of the cyclone dust remover. To protect the rear stage bag filter from burning the bag and pasting the bag. The cyclone deduster uses the air flow to rotate downward, gravity causes the coarse particles above 10um to fall into the ash hopper, the rest of the air flow comes out of the middle air pipe, and then enters the bag deduster.

The cyclone can reduce the load of the bag filter, improve the efficiency of the bag filter and prolong the service life of the bag filter.

9. Air temperature limit protection of dust remover of medium frequency electric furnace equipment: the air temperature measuring device is set at the outlet of the cyclone dust remover to detect the air temperature entering the bag dust remover in time. When the temperature exceeds 120 ° C, PLC controls to open the electric wild wind valve installed near the inlet of the bag dust remover in time, and immediately introduce the normal temperature wild wind to reduce the air temperature entering the bag dust remover, so as to avoid high temperature induced wind The filter bag is aging and even burnt.
