I. due to the shortage of water resources, in the process of long-term use of energy-saving medium frequency electric furnace, scaling or blocking of cooling water pipe to water system debris caused by overheating and combustion of power capacitor may occur. Therefore, attention should be paid in the observation of the flow capacity of cooling water. If the discharge is abnormal, you should use appropriate measures;

For the cathode capacitance of electric grounding, if the intermediate frequency electric furnace method is used, if the electric insulation capacitance is damaged, and the cathode of the capacitor causes the capacitor to be grounded, if this happens, the insulation of the capacitor cabinet of the intermediate frequency electric furnace equipment needs to be reprocessed;
III. high voltage, long-term use of energy-saving medium frequency electric furnace in this process. If the capacitance of high-frequency transmission electric furnace is higher than the rated voltage (power capacitor with rated voltage of 750V and below, 1200V and other common standards), the breakdown voltage of power capacitor will be caused. If this happens, it is necessary to reduce the type of RF or HV power capacitor instead of the voltage level.
